It shows the formation of the embedded media in India, the rise in the hatred between the communities, and the fear of questioning the government in individual citizens mind. Author also shows the alternatives of the current embedded media.
The book shows us to practice the individual right and duty of the citizen. It show us the truth of the current mainstream media and its transformation into embedded media after 2014. How the media has became the lapdog of the government and infused the fear among the citizens for questioning the government. It also shows us the challenges we will face if we question the government. The troll army of the government and the IT Cell of the ruling Political party can cross all limits to suppress the peoples voice. This book shows consequences if we fail to constantly question our government works. This book gave different Examples of the hatred and civil war between communities around the world in history and their root causes. The Author makes us aware from the deep ocean of the fake news spreading by the IT cells of government among the peoples. It is a good book to stay aware and to be an informed citizens. It also motivates us to come out of the fear and speak up against any wrong-doings of the government.
