This book is about how to create good habit, break bad one and get 1% better every day Day. The lesson or thing I learned from this book is if you are having trouble in changing your habit, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system. The book is more actionable than other books In the subject of habit and improvement.
Is atomic habit worth reading?
I would recommend atomic habit by James clear as I believe it does what it was intended to very well. It help readers with thoughtful way to set good habits.Whilst
There are things about the book I would change, I believe the knowledge within it to be stronger than the things I disliked. If you are fighting, bad habits are struggling to keep up Keep up with your good intentions for change, then it is a no-brainer. You have got to read it.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to make even small habit change in their lives. I found this book easy to read and for me. It was definitely motivating. Clear user stories to illustrate his point and each chapter end with a short summary of key points.
