This book is about the good habits for healthy human being. Author
himself is an idol for all of us. One can change his/her life if he/she
follow the early morning wakeup habits and communicating with
herself/himself while walking alone.
Hal Elrod is engaged in personality development activities since 1973,
and actively involved in counseling and mentoring of peoples across the
globe through his thought-provoking books.
Hal Elrod himself understood the possibilities and processes for
development of inner wills and prepared program called SAVERS for all
people including me. The plan given by Hal Elrod is quiet impressive
and feasible for everyone if he or she is willing to do so.
In his plan of SAVERS he has emphasized on:
S is for Silence: One can understand the consciousness in himself or
herself during silence.
A for Affirmations: Positivity in every walk of life builds trust and
belief on us, with which we observe the miracle on our paths.
