It Follows Santiago, a shepherd boy, who dreams of finding a treasure near the Egyptian pyramids guided by omens & the wisdom of mysterious alchemist. Along the way, he learns profound lessons about life, love and following one’s dreams The book emphasizes the idea of pursuing our “Personal Legend”. As the alchemist tells Santiago, “ When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it”. This resonated with me, reminding me to trust the process & listen to my heart. Through simple yet powerful language, coelho conveys timeless wisdom. This book keeps the readers captivated from beginning to the very end. While reading the story, I felt as if I was travelling with Santiago myself, what stood out to me was how Santiago’s journey was more about self-discovery than the treasure itself. “ The treasure lies where your heart belongs” It’s a story of hope, courage & believing in dreams and it truly made my journey worthwhile
