Dr. Carol’s approach is interesting as she shares real-life stories with scientific research in short, making the book easy to digest for the readers, Dr. Carol also gives practical advice on how to shift towards a Gexowth mindset in a straightforward & motivational tone.
we only have one of the According to me/Pn my opinion) the “MINDSET” is a great read for people who are interested in self-improvement, especially Teenagers [13&up] should read this book as it will help them to develop a positive attitude. It is also very beneficial for teachers, professionals, young adults, and parents because it will help & change their views about things the setbacks, depression, and fear of failure, If we’ll help them to Build confidence, Improve their relationships & live a better life ahead. I would rate this book 9.7 on a scale of 10.
